Skylab is a UK-based ambient/electronica outfit formed in 1993. They have released two albums and many EPs. Their membership at the time of their album debut were Toshio Nakanishi, . Howie B and Mat Ducasse. They have worked with Steve Dahl, Barry Adamson, David Holmes, and Depeche Mode. They have been included on multiple compilations from the Red Hot AIDS Benefit Series of albums produced by the Red Hot Organization. released via ks (1994).
Skylab, also referred to as Skylab I, is the second studio album by the Brazilian musician Rogério Skylab, the first in his series of ten eponymous, numbered albums. It was self-released in 1999, and produced by Robertinho do Recife (famous for his previous collaborations with Xuxa Meneghel, Hermeto Pascoal, Fagner and Geraldo Azevedo, among others), who also played the guitar and did the musical arrangements.
Skylab II is a live album by the Brazilian musician Rogério Skylab, the second in his series of ten eponymous, numbered albums. His first ever live album, it was self-released in 2000 and recorded during a gig at the Hipódromo Up in Rio de Janeiro in the same year. Löis Lancaster, vocalist of now-defunct experimental rock band Zumbi do Mato (one of Skylab's greatest influences), was a guest musician on the album, providing additional vocals for the track "Samba".
